Shomo Das founded The Das Group in 2017 with the purchase of his first single-family residence, guided by a sharp focus on maximizing cash-on-cash return. Over the next four years, he scaled that model into a $17 million portfolio across the metropolitan area. In 2022, recognizing the strong macroeconomic trends in Phoenix, Arizona, Shomo expanded his strategy into multifamily and commercial properties, achieving similar results across new asset classes.
